/ A commitment instrument

Track only the work your team has actually agreed to do.

Meetings and threads become drafts. Drafts become commitments only after a private handshake. Nothing else counts.

A handshake, in waiting

From Alex Chen, in this morning's planning

“You'll review the infrastructure migration plan before Thursday.”

/ The method

Three steps. Nothing implicit.

01 · Capture

Raw material, honestly surfaced.

Paste meeting notes or connect your existing tools. Shrubbery surfaces what looks like a commitment and shows its confidence plainly. Nothing is filed yet.

02 · Handshake

Private consent, never assumed.

The named owner is prompted privately. They confirm, edit the framing, or decline. No broadcast. Drafts without a handshake never enter the record.

03 · Account

One garden of confirmed work.

The Garden holds only confirmed commitments. The Flow Score measures reliability both ways — for the team and for the manager's own pledges back.

The first time I used Shrubbery I realised half my Jira tickets were tasks I'd assumed someone had agreed to.
