Dossier
Definition
The per-Knight reliability profile page. The Dossier shows a Knight's historical Flow Score, Ghost Commitments, and completed Shrubberies — giving the Lead a structured view of one team member's accountability record.
Avoid: profile, stats page, employee record.
Role
The Dossier is the Lead's 1:1 preparation tool. Before a check-in with a Knight, the Lead navigates to that Knight's Dossier to see: what was promised, what was delivered, what was refused, and how reliability has trended over time.
The Dossier also serves the Knight — they can see their own record and understand exactly how their Flow Score is constructed. Transparency is intentional: the same numbers available to the Lead are available to the Knight.
Key surfaces on the Dossier:
- Flow Score gauge — the Knight's personal Say-Do ratio across all Handshaked Shrubberies.
- Ghost Commitment list — all rows the Knight refused or left un-answered, with timestamps and context.
- Completed rows — timeline of delivered commitments with on-time/late indicators.
- Actor attribution — where the Sync API closed a row, the
actor_kind = api_tokenis surfaced so the record is accurate.
Lifecycle
Not a stateful concept. The Dossier is a read-only computed view over the shrubberies and audit trail tables, scoped to a single assignee_id.
