Reciprocity
Definition
The Lead-reliability axis of the Commitment Flow Score: the same Say-Do arithmetic as Flow Score, restricted to Shrubbery rows where the Lead is the assignee — i.e. their own manager asked them to do something.
Avoid: manager reliability, lead score, self-CFS.
Role
Reciprocity answers "does the Lead hold themselves to the same standard they hold their team?" Because Shrubbery roles are per-row, a user who is a Lead on most rows may simultaneously be a Knight on rows where their own manager is the assigner. Reciprocity uses those rows to produce a separate, honest gauge.
The arithmetic is identical to Flow Score — delivered on-time rows enter the numerator, all Handshaked rows enter the denominator — but only rows where assignee_id = current_lead_id are included. The gauge surfaces on the Lead's Garden CFS widget and their own Dossier.
A Lead who never appears as an assignee has no Reciprocity score (the gauge is absent or shown as N/A).
Lifecycle
Not a stateful concept — see CFS Rules for the precise inclusion logic.
- Row enters denominator: a Shrubbery where
assignee_id = lead_idreachesActive. - Row enters numerator: that row reaches
